After a very thorough analysis, an estimate is prepared for the Customer and the Insurance Company if they are involved.

Roof accessories that are often bypassed by other roofing companies like ventilators, to ensure attic cooling in summer and ensure humidity control to help maintain the condition of the new roof, flashing that will last as long as the new roof, and new gutters that help ensure your homes appearance is maintained.
All pricing by Den-Tex uses the Xactimate System that is used by almost every insurer. The Den-Tex attention to detail and history of discussions with leading insurers quickly leads to a plan of action that is acceptable to all.
Once any claim is approved the contract is finalized, a schedule is agreed upon, materials are ordered and delivered (delivered to minimized any inconvenience to the customer).
All materials are counted and inspected before any work begins.
Once the job is complete the customer inspection is scheduled. In almost every case the customer finds total quality was a part of each step. Quality is not inspected into the job, it is built in.
